Tottenham Hale Urban Framework

Urban Practitioners was commissioned by the London Borough of Haringey and GLA family to prepare an urban design framework for a 39 hectare area to transform the area into an attractive, thriving, mixed use urban centre. The plan has now been adopted as SPD and planning applications lodged for the two key sites in the framework.
